This DVD is for seniors who are brand new to exercise or who haven’t worked out in a long time. It contains three videos that will help you build stamina and confidence so you can progress to longer, more challenging workouts.
AFAA certified group fitness instructor and senior fitness specialist Cindy Brehse will guide and encourage you in exercises to build your endurance, tone your muscles and improve your balance. All workouts are created for the 55+ age group.
