how to improve your posture

This week we’re joined by integrative movement specialist Julie Anne McGready of Your Movement Solutions to show us how we can use a technique called three dimensional breathing to improve our posture, mobility, and deep core strength.

Julie has been a godsend to me in reducing pain and regaining mobility in my shoulder, so I was very excited when she agreed to do a video for us addressing posture and range of motion.

As Julie explains, our posture is the result of an assembly line of lifestyle choices and learnings we pick up through the years.

Added together, these choices and learnings can lead to imbalances that cause all sorts of problems, including reduced mobility, compromised balance, loss of strength and stamina, pain, and more.

The good news is that these problems can be alleviated and even reversed with a few small tweaks to how we breathe and move.

I hope you enjoy this video and thank you, Julie, for putting it together for us.

Don’t forget to watch until the end to claim three free gifts from Julie, including a breathing assessment and a copy of her book!
