This is a selection of some of my favorite grab-and-go snacks that are made with healthy, clean ingredients.
Some days it seems like I’m constantly on the go… and constantly hungry.
I usually like to make my own snacks so that I can control what goes into them.
But if I am cramped for time or looking for something different, I might reach for one of these packaged treats that are on the healthy side.
I am including Amazon links to each product where possible for reference, but the prices on these items can vary widely.
If you want the best price, shop around.
Look for a sale at your local supermarket, health food store, and elsewhere online.
Healthy Salty Snacks
1. Jackson’s Sweet Potato Chips
When I get a craving for potato chips, these are my go-to. They are crunchy and best of all have only three ingredients, all of which are healthy: sweet potato, sea salt, and avocado oil.
2. Pumpkin Seeds
Again, crunchy and only two ingredients, premium pumpkin seeds and sea salt. And they are a great source of plant protein.
3. Simple Mills Organic Seed Crackers
These are great with a little nut butter or cheese spread on top or simply alone. They contain all organic ingredients and are nutrient dense.
A serving is nine crackers with only 130 calories, and you will probably not need all nine to hit the spot!
4. Organic Seaweed or Kale Chips
I am combining these two as they are an acquired taste. I enjoy munching on them with some simple greens or I mix them with my own homemade kale chips just to add a little zing.

Healthy Sweet Snacks
5. Organic Coconut Dates
These hit the spot. The suggested serving is just one date because of the 19 grams of sugar. However, a candy bar boasts 25 grams of sugar and less healthy ingredients.
These are delicious with a handful of walnuts!
6. Skyr Icelandic Provisions Yogurt
I can’t believe that I had never found this before. It tastes just like ice cream, but with healthier ingredients and less sugar.
Siggi’s also makes a comparable product as well. Once or twice a week, it is a great treat. It even comes in a plant-based version if you can’t tolerate milk.
Outside-The-Box Healthy Snacks
7. Wickles Wicked Pickle Chips
If you like spicy, these are a good alternative to spicy chips.
8. Organic Pitted Kalamata Olives
A good way to switch things up. Kalamata olives are a good source of iron, calcium, copper, and vitamins A and E. They are also rich in oleic acid, a type of MUFA linked to improved heart health and cancer fighting properties.
9. Organic Teecino Dandelion Dark Roast and Caramel Nut Teas
Green tea is my usual choice, but this is a nice switch up once in a while. They are a good source of prebiotics and are acid, caffeine and gluten free.
Add a teaspoon of honey for a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect.
So there you have it.
Just a few new ideas if you’re feeling hungry between meals and looking to mix up your healthy snacking habits.
